Trailer
The mobility of a tiny house is enhanced by the way it is built, and that means it is fixed on a dedicated trailer. The trailer is specially designed for this use, is galvanised, fitted with its braking system, and lighting system and is registerable. The future house that will be positioned on it is equipped with an easy-to-handle fixing system that allows it to be detached at any time.
Base frame
The base frame, or in other words the foundation, is a very important stage in the building process as it will support the entire weight of the house. It must provide stability, prevent water infiltration and be thermally efficient.
It supports the floor, and floor insulation is essential for low energy consumption and high thermal comfort.

Structure
According to the technical design, the structural elements are calculated and arranged to support the weight of the construction, respond correctly and safely to the various loads and ensure its strength and stability throughout its service life. The construction system is made of sustainably sourced timber and meets the technical and mechanical characteristics required for this type of use. The wood is treated with insecticide and fungicide before use.
Insulation system
Insulation must be done correctly to enjoy healthy living and a pleasant indoor climate.
In a properly insulated TINY, we have pleasant warmth in winter, the house is protected from heat in summer and there is a balanced indoor environment throughout the year without significant fluctuations. To this end, we use insulation materials with top-notch properties, compatible with each other and capable of providing a complete and efficient system.
We prevent wind penetration by using a special covering on the cold side and the space between the structural elements is filled with acoustic insulation material. A vapour barrier is applied to the inside to stop warm, moist air from circulating outwards.
To maximise thermal efficiency, an air gap is formed between the outer layer of the house and the thermal insulation to create the effect of a ventilated facade.

Windows and doors
With these windows and doors, we aim to give the home a harmonious look, all in line with the size and positioning preferences of our customers. The PVC joinery we use is of high-quality thanks to the top technologies that are incorporated into the product. As a result, we note that energy losses are very low and comfort in the home is enhanced thanks to sound insulation. We offer a great deal of creativity in terms of design, with a diversified portfolio of products.

Cladding
Our cladding options are diversified, with a portfolio of profiled, heat-treated wood, and Swedish steel sheet metal, which will blend harmoniously into the aesthetics of the construction when put together or separately. These types of cladding will highlight the artistic and architectural value of the building while providing durability and watertightness.
Electric system
Connecting your home to an electricity source is very important, whether it is a solar system or a public grid.
The main thing we take into account is safety, which is why we only work on the live conductors with authorised personnel.
The layout of the switchboard, electrical cables and the location of lighting fixtures, sockets and switches is done under the legislation in force and is efficiently designed to serve daily needs.
We check consumers’ energy labels carefully to be efficient in this respect too.

Plumbing
Our houses benefit from a professional plumbing system, which allows for hot and cold water supply, complemented by a sewage system. The sanitary fittings are ergonomically installed for pleasant use.
Finishes
Each home is customised according to customer preferences. At the initial meeting, we show them the range of finishes we have available, all under the umbrella of eco-friendly or environmentally friendly products. The tricks used to make the space feel bigger converge towards harmonising the finishes implemented and how they are applied.
We pay a lot of attention to interior finishes because they convey a mood, and that mood must be one of perfection. We like to line the walls with natural pine, oak or birch materials and want to give a clean and contemporary look.

Interior design
Customer interior design preferences can be left up to them and can be operationalised by the Tiny Living team. They will ensure that the design options are in line with the space available, with the integration of bespoke furniture being the best way to make the most of it. We design and build bespoke features throughout the home, from staircases with built-in storage, cupboards and shelving to compact sleeping spaces.
We love to use the natural warmth and beauty of wood to give our homes a touch of luxury and good taste.
Kitchen
Small and stylish, equipped with all the tools a good cooking professional needs, the kitchen will certainly be one of the most frequented spaces in the eco home. It will appeal through its visual and chromatic harmony and, above all, through the efficient partitioning of the space.

Bathroom
Referred to by some as a sanctuary of relaxation, the bathroom is an interesting feature of eco homes because of the harmonious combination of small space and efficiency. In it, you can enjoy quiet evenings where you can carry out your daily grooming routine. It is equipped with all the facilities of a bathroom in a traditional home and has no minus points in terms of everyday use.
Buying an eco-mobile home will gradually change people’s relationship to living life. You don’t need huge spaces to be happy but more comfort and a proper division of your space. Tiny Living, the company that designs and builds the home you’ve been dreaming of, helps you achieve these goals! All with minimal impact on the environment!
